A passion-project gearing assistant for WoW twink players: pick a level bracket and get best-in-slot gear. I merged multiple sources with different schemas into one ~10k-item dataset from a ~1.5 GB JSON dump. Official sources only, with rankings verified against existing BiS lists.

Built with Grok over many revisions. Leyword brings Wordle into WoW and shares scores with guildmates. Guild Bench adds profession aggregation, an alias creator, a quest matcher, and an event planner. Afterpull let players rate teammates; the lesson was that public rating prompts annoyed users, so the redesign is a quiet private popup.

Helped design a risk-based collections model (credit score + payment history into repay-probability buckets) and tuned contact-method weights across ~50k delinquent customers. Likely payers went from ~15 touches to ~2 before day 20, email-responsive customers got email, and phone effort went to low-likelihood buckets. Result: an estimated ~$7M from higher collection rates and lower third-party text/chat spend.
